I was there in May of 2009 the beach is awsome

Stayed there a week this summer with the family. It was fantastic. I've been to Cocoa Beach and Clearwater ... this place is a million times better. Still dreamin' of it. Someday we will return.

Enjoyed our stay during Easter week of 2009. Our granddaughter loved the beach and pool facilities. Looking forwarding to coming back in 2010.

Unit 203 is gorgeous. Upgraded with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, freshly painted and nicely decorated. Short walk to gorgeous beach. Only complaints: no beach towels provided. Pool is on road, not beach.

Most Beautiful beach in the world!! Go for suite #201 if you get a chance.

We are very excited about going this summer to siesta key. This is our getaway vacation place. This has been almost 6 years we have been staying in this area for the summer. thank you brian for making our family feel right at home. We love the town houses, they are in great conditions, and there right by the beach. see you soon!

We have been staying in unit 101 for a decade now over Thanksgiving week and consider it our home away from home. You couldn't find a better place!

My teenage daughters & I stayed here Spring Break 2007 and LOVED it! Beautiful units, nice staff, great beach access, great location on the island. I can't wait to go back!
