* All rentals require a major credit card for the reservation.
* All rentals are subject to 11% tax and a 5% CC surcharge, Administration Fee
* A  deposit of $200 is required for each reservation.
* No pets allowed and no smoking in the units.
* Additional Cleaning charge will be added for stays less than a week.
Rates subject to change without notice and or based on availability.

Every residence on our rental program is privately owned
and is furnished to the individual tastes of its owner.

The unit is made available for your comfort and pleasure.

Hurricane Policy:

Trip Insurance is recommended-
Should you cancel due to a hurricane, you have 3 options: 
(1)  Cancel and lose your deposit 
(2)  Reschedule in the same unit within 2 months and retain your deposit 
(3)  Arrive and should a mandatory evacuation be necessary, you will receive a credit for the nights evacuated.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund to be given.
A cancellation charge of $75.00 is charged.
If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for the same time period for refund to be given.

Check In/Check Out Guest
Check in Time is 4:00pm.
Check Out time is 10:00am.
Extended checkouts after 10:00am may be available for a $50.00 fee.
Departures after 12:00 noon are charged an additional days rent.
You MUST call Tropical Sands Accommodations for approval.

Credit Cards Tropical Sands Accommodations gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Emergency Assistance:
In the event of an emergency, please call (941) 929-6194.

Parking:
Depending on which unit you are staying in, you will have 1 parking space available and a maximum of 2.   All parking passes must be visible in the dash of each vehicle.  This will aid in determining unauthorized vehicles.  Please make sure arrangements are made prior to the date of arrival with the rental office to obtain parking passes.  Tropical Sands Accommodations is closed on Sunday and prior arrangements need to be made for a pass on this day.  Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

If your unit requires repair service, please contact (941)349-2233

Telephone:
The telephone service in this unit allows for local calls only. Please use long distance calling cards or cell phones to make long distance calls.

High Speed Internet Service:
Each unit is individually owned and some owners have access while others do not.

Lock Outs:
If you lock yourself out of the unit, a $25.00 fee will be charged for Lock Out Service.

Pets:
Pets are NOT permitted in this unit

Swimming Pool
The community swimming pool is located in the front of the Siesta Beach House Complex.
It is heated and the hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit

Trash:
The trash bins are located by the side of each building.

Upon Departure:

*Please set the air conditioner to 78 degrees
*Please see guidelines regarding laundry on checklist left by housekeeping.
If you were not left a copy, see back of book for additional copies
*Please wash and return dishes to their original locations
*All trash, perishables and recyclables are to be discarded
*Please return keys and wrist straps to the Siesta Beach House front office
